Baked True North is a gluten-free bakery based in the North of Pittsburgh that serves up all kinds of delicious gluten-freedom with a side of joy! Our baked goods are so good and unique that our customers don’t mind sharing with their family and friends because they know it’ll be a hit!
Started in 2016, we grew out of a home kitchen into a newly built, home-based commercial kitchen in 2018 and finally into our storefront cafe! We also serve local farmers markets, direct to customer orders, and Door Dash delivery. The kitchen is 100% gluten-free and we also offer dairy-free and vegan options.
You may eat gluten-free because you have to or because you want to. Or you may not eat gluten-free but you appreciate delicious well-balanced baked goods.
Either way, we knew we could bring smiles to faces through what we do.
Baking is a passion instilled in Lauren from her Grandmother and it has always meant bringing joy, laughter, and people together.
